WHEN YOU WIN WE ALL WIN
We all want to be part of the winning team. When you love your game of
life and love to win, you will always be a champion in the field and
off the field. But there is only one rule, don’t do anything that will
embarrass you, the team or your family.
You may not be the star in the game but you can be generous with positive affirmations or good in "HAKA dance" that motivates your team. Though it is human nature to focus on their worst situation, people live in regrets because they listen too much to those who discourage them. Billy Graham once said you cannot stop birds from flying around your head but you can stop them from building nests on your head. Never allow your decisions to be in favor of the nay Sayers even when only one or two people are supporting you in your dream.
Positive affirmation means a lot and sometimes that is all we need to change the way we think or the way we see ourselves. We may not have confidence in ourselves but we only need another person to have confidence in us and we will do what seemed impossible. A good coach is the one who inspires his team to make everyone want to work with him and other teammates. When we are generous with encouraging words, we not only motivates other people but we also help them win. When they win, our families wins, our organizations wins and our community wins.
Every day you wake up ask yourself this question, "What will say today to myself, my spouse, my child or a coworker to help them win in their goals at the end of the day?
